Privacy at SewaPath
This page explains what the public prototype asks for, what it does not ask for, and when optional analytics can run.
Do not enter sensitive information: SewaPath is a preparation aid. Never type an Aadhaar number, OTP, password, bank detail, full address, or confidential application information into the demo.
What the prototype does not collect
- No identity-document uploads.
- No account registration, password, or OTP.
- No requirement to provide a name, phone number, email address, or exact address.
- No transmission of the sentence typed into the service-request demo.
- No public profile, complaint record, or individual case file.
Optional analytics
GA4 is disabled until the visitor explicitly selects “Allow analytics.” If enabled, the app sends only allowlisted aggregate events such as language, input method, service slug, and official-portal click. The app does not send request text or identifiers. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in the app configuration.
Visitors who select “Not now” do not load the Google tag. The choice is stored locally in the browser so the question is not repeatedly shown.
External official portal
When you choose the official Aaple Sarkar link, you leave SewaPath and enter a separate service. That portal has its own privacy practices, forms, cookies, and data handling. Read its current notices before submitting information.
