Privacy at SewaPath

What the prototype does not collect

• No identity-document uploads.
• No account registration, password, or OTP.
• No requirement to provide a name, phone number, email address, or exact address.
• No transmission of the sentence typed into the service-request demo.
• No public profile, complaint record, or individual case file.

Optional analytics

GA4 Consent Mode v2 runs a cookieless, non-identifying baseline on every visit without requiring consent. This baseline sets no _ga cookie and collects no personal data; Google uses it to model aggregate journeys. A precision-tracking upgrade (which sets a _ga cookie and sends full per-session events) is offered only after the visitor explicitly selects "Allow analytics." If enabled, the app sends only allowlisted aggregate events such as language, input method, time spent on screen, flow completion, task satisfaction (yes/no), service slug, and official-portal click. The app does not send request text, demographics, or personal identifiers. Google Signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in the app configuration.

Visitors who select "Not now" remain on the cookieless baseline only. The choice is stored locally in the browser so the question is not repeatedly shown.

External official portal

When you choose the official Aaple Sarkar link, you leave SewaPath and enter a separate service. That portal has its own privacy practices, forms, cookies, and data handling. Read its current notices before submitting information.
